ORGANISATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Managing Director has overall responsibility for implementing this policy. The Managing Director will be responsible for direction, co-ordination, communication and performance review on Environmental matters. The Managing Director will in turn delegate responsibility and authority for its implementation to all Managers, according to their function. All employees are responsible for the attainment of the objectives of this policy. The Company will provide appropriate encouragement, instruction and training to enable them to meet their statutory obligations and to achieve the Company’s aims.
