To meet a gap in
skills and the long term requirements of Primary
Fluid Power Ltd. we have recruited 2 additional
apprentices
John Ryan and
Michael Occomore.
Both have gained practical experience employed
with other companies and training providers.
The recruitment of a slightly mature teenager is
a new approach by the management at Primary
Fluid Power with the intention to deliver
training heavily biased towards the development
of occupational skills and competence in Fluid
Power.
A
move away from the traditional local college day
release scheme will require John and Michael to
follow a pre requisite training path of courses
and distant learning provided by North Nott’s
College. This will have a clear focus on
Industrial Hydraulics forming a 4 year
apprenticeship to HNC and industry standard BFPA/Cetop
qualification.
