Primary Fluid Power have been nominated for a silver D&AD award for designing the hydraulics for the scorpion bridge in Paddington basin, London.

Primary worked alongside artist Thomas Heatherwick and Little Hampton Welding to help produce a sculpture which when operated unrolls like that of a scorpion's tail enabling access across the moat.

We were delighted to have worked with Thomas on such a uniquie project.
