Preferred Products Conditions of Order
These conditions should be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Warranty Acceptance Policy.

Order
Orders received prior to 2pm – Every effort will be made to despatch same day unless advised. Order confirmations must be clearly marked. Orders will be confirmed back in writing on request only.
No orders will be processed whilst on credit hold. |

Despatch
All orders will be despatched on a next day carrier and charged unless otherwise instructed. Friday despatch will be scheduled Monday delivery - Saturday AM delivery must be requested. You may arrange for your own collection, this must be confirmed with the sales desk. Goods can be sent direct to your customer on written confirmation with order. |

Inspection – Order shortfall / Damaged goods.
The Purchaser will carefully examine the Goods on receipt and notify the Company and the carrier immediately of any damage. Within 48 hours of receipt or other notification of despatch the Purchaser will give the Primary Fluid Power Ltd. written confirmation of the damage or order shortfall. |

Specification & Performance
Data sheets are available for all Primary Fluid Power Ltd. Preferred Products. Unless otherwise stated in writing by Primary Fluid Power Ltd. you are responsible that goods supplied are suitable for purpose. |

Price & Discount
It is intended to keep prices firm and fixed for a period of 12 months, January to December.
However all prices contained in this catalogue are subject to change without notice. If your
order is not priced, the invoice price at the time of despatch will be charged.
Discounts will apply to current Fluid Power Resale Customers Only. |

Returned Goods
Request to return good will not be subject to a handling charge if the following criteria are met.
- Goods are unused and originated from Primary Fluid Power Ltd current Preferred Product catalogue range.
- The goods were invoiced 30days from date of purchase.
- The returned goods have a Primary Fluid Power Ltd. returns number.

24 Months Guarantee
All Preferred goods supplied and invoiced by Primary Fluid Power Ltd. within 24 months of Invoice date will be guaranteed. The goods must be paid in full and guarantee will be limited to repair, replacement within 30 days of acceptance of fault by Primary Fluid Power Ltd or its supplier.
Note. It is the policy of Primary Fluid Power Ltd. that all claims are subject to Primary Fluid Power Ltd. Fault Report and Warranty Acceptance Policy and Procedures.(Available on request) |

Payment
Standard net monthly payment terms apply. All goods remain the property of Primary Fluid Power Ltd. until paid in full. |
