Micromatic is a global-leading manufacturing and design company for rotary actuators and automated assembly equipment based in Indiana, USA.
Founded in 1929, Micromatic has over 90 years of experience in manufacturing precision components. Today, their products are distributed throughout North America, Europe and Asia, and used in a wide range of industrial applications including automation, food processing, material handling and transportation.

Micromatic Hydraulic Rotary Actuators
Micromatic offers an extensive line of hydraulic rotary actuators under two world-renowned trade names; Rotac® and Hyd-ro-ac®.
Their range of actuators offers both hydraulic and pneumatic capabilities to suit the needs of a host of different applications. Built to provide sustained performance with a long lifespan under the harshest environmental conditions, Micromatic’s special line of rotary actuators is designed to deliver very high torque in a compact package.
Innovative in design, Rotac® and Hyd-ro-ac® rotary actuators use hydraulic pressure applied to the shaft-mounted vane to produce a higher torque with low energy consumption.
Their product range is available in a variety of different models with ranging capabilities and sizes. Examples include their MP Model Rotary Actuator which delivers a torque output of up to 216,730 in/lbs, available in 11 sizes. Alternatively, their SS Model Actuator offers 10 sizes with a torque output of up to 741,000 in/lbs. Both models are available in single or double vane units.

TEC Inverters
The latest addition to TEC’s product catalogue is their range of inverters which allows for sensorless vector control for all motor types.
The range consists of 1 Phase 240VAC Inverters and 3 Phase 240vac or 380-480VAC available in IP20 or IP66. Designed for ease of usability, the TECDrive series encompasses many features such as Bluetooth connectivity, a remote keypad and an internal Cat C1 filter.
