The Executive of Primary Fluid Power Ltd is totally committed to implement measurable EMS objectives, and take the applicable actions, which will lead to improvements in the quality of the Environment. The Executive of Primary Fluid Power Ltd is also totally committed to comply with and monitor compliance with all Environmental Legislation and regulations applicable to the scope of the business. A list of applicable legislation is held and reviewed by the Managing Director.
The Executive shall apply their certified QMS ISO 9001 :2008 and Safe Working Procedures to monitor all materials, energy used and emissions from all processes to identify areas where positive and measurable improvements can be made. This system will be applied as an EMS. Personnel responsibilities to achieve agreed environmental objectives are specified in the applicable procedures.
After a study of the effect of the Company's activities and processes upon the working, local and global environments the following elements have been identified as measurable improvement objectives.

• Materials - Conserve energy and materials by reducing production waste

• Materials Management
All process defects are investigated and preventive action is taken where possible to reduce generation of production waste
• Waste Management
All waste substances, materiels and electrical equipment are disposed of through authorized and licensed contractors in compliance with the applicable Waste Management legislation.
• Company Vehicles
Shall be serviced and maintained in compliance with the manufacturers' recommendations to retain fuel efficiency and reduce exhaust emissions to the minimum. City Diesel shall be used to decrease carbon emissions.
• Paper & Packaging
Product packaqinq methods are in place which limits the use of paper to the minimum. Packing is designed to prevent damage to the product. Where possible the paper used is from "Re-cycled" sources.
